1. Services
These terms apply to all on-site and online services offered by SeniorResortCA. To book a service, a full fee is due at the time of confirmation. You may request a schedule change at least 7 days before the service date. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the service start, you may qualify for a refund. No refunds are available within 14 days of the service start date or after services have commenced.
2. Information Products
Information products include digital guides, tutorials, and virtual workshops. Delivery occurs via email or a secure download link. You may request a refund within 14 days of the original delivery date if you have not accessed the content. Once the content is accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be granted.
3. Goods
Physical items such as apparel, accessories, and printed materials are subject to this section. You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. To complete a refund, please contact us for instructions. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs. We may offer a replacement item instead of a refund if you prefer.
4. Refund Procedures
To request a refund for any category, contact our support team by phone or through the Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment source. In limited cases, we may offer to transfer the fee to another service or product of equal value instead of a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Services canceled less than 14 days before the start date.
- Information products after download or access.
- Customized goods and gift cards.
